She/Her/Hers
I’m the Founder and Clinical Director of Metamorphosis Counselling, where I help high-achievers, overthinkers, and perfectionists heal from the effects of trauma and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. My practice is dedicated to those who have experienced turbulent, unpredictable environments and now find themselves stuck in patterns of overworking, overanalyzing, and pushing past their limits. If slowing down feels impossible and self-criticism runs the show, you’re in the right place.

My approach to counselling is humanistic and person-centered, meaning I prioritize your unique needs, goals, and values. Every session is tailored to you, providing a structured yet compassionate space to help you break free from perfectionism, self-doubt, and burnout—without sacrificing your ambition.

As a Trauma-Informed Therapist, I understand how trauma doesn’t just affect your past—it shapes how you push yourself, struggle to rest, and seek control in your daily life. My priority is ensuring you feel emotionally safe, heard, and in control throughout our work together. You don’t have to do this alone. Healing doesn’t mean losing your edge—it means creating a life where success and inner peace can coexist. Let’s build that life together.
Alexis offers one-on-one 50-minute counselling sessions for $160, working with children (10+), youth, and adults. Session fees can be submitted to your insurance provider if you have coverage for a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).
